Here’s a two-part clip that’s 3 minutes long and posted mainly for its audio. It’s from the other day when I needed a haircut and was under the impression it was still only $12. That’s what the sign on the front of the store displayed boldly. So I gave her the $12 I had with me and a promise to come right back tomorrow as it was the end of the day and she was now closed. The next day I made good on the money I owed but until then the immediate effect was the hair lady seemed devastated and sure I wouldn’t come back to pay her. I had to hear the first part again, but it seems she was accusing the police of coming in and making the same mistake.
