A Hollywood actress talk about her craft. Cris Smothers was gracious and granted Reviewer Magazine an interview. Her persona was much more relaxed talking off camera. She went in depth into how inspired she was by the Oliver Stone movie U-Turn with Sean Penn (she even segued into a full impression of Jon Voight playing the blind Indian character) and how she is transitioning into making movies rather than only acting in them. She gave the uninitiated Reviewer Rob a great summary of the product-placement procedure studios go through in order to populate their movie sets with props and things – everything from cars to toothpaste in scenes.
