  1. Yep..Yep

I’m still thinking this one through, seems there is more than allot involved, but one thing stands clear, foreign markets rule the auto industry and have for some time. GM and others have yet to get on board with the program and change their marketing and produce well-made vehicles. (Which they do not) Seems the writing has been on the wall for a long time… should really be of no surprise!

  2. Re: Did I Offend?

Really, what day was that? I didn’t delete anything.

I screen comments and must have not unscreened it by accident. Or maybe it was a glitch. I had a comment deleted in a chatroom the other day and wasn’t the one who did it too.

  3. solar power

I don’t know why Detroit doesn’t just get a Los Alamos-style research faciltiy going and make a car-covering solar energy surface that can be on every surface of a car’s body and provide battery-storable electrical power that could be used along with a partially gas-powered engine. Make one good enough to use ultraviolet light so then even northern states could use it during the winter months. The government could back it and provide tax breaks for buyers of the new car and promote it as a way to weaken the oil-money backed muslim fanatics.

You know it’s totally possible to design. There’s just no lobby for it.
