In his newest album, The Third Hand<\/i>, RJD2 moves away from Hip Hop instrumentalism, ventures into the expansive realm that is pop music, and reinvents himself as a talented singer\/ multi-instrumentalist. Unlike his previous two solo albums, most of the tracks on The Third Hand contain vocals, and it\u2019s not just collaborators singing either. It\u2019s RJ himself. Tracks like \u201cYou Never Had it so Good\u201d and \u201cHave Mercy\u201d showcase RJ\u2019s singing talents, while \u201cGet It\u201d and \u201cPaper Bubble\u201d deliver the expected instrumental excellency.
