There’s a lot of things that this habitual eyeglass adjusting “MIT engineer” says which is questionable, but the thing that made me want to shut off the video right away was when he described the dust cloud of the individual towers collapsing as “pyroclastic.” A pyroclastic flow is a super-heated cloud of ash and airborne molten rock-dust from a volcanic eruption. If he’s an MIT engineer he should know that.<\/p>\n

If the dust cloud from the World Trade Center was a real pyroclasic flow, and not just a dust cloud that looked similar to a volcanic eruption, all those people would that you see in videos that are walking around covered in grey powder would have been burned to death, possibly carbonized.<\/p>\n
