One of the biggest movies of the summer is Lady in the Water by producer, director and writer M. Night Shyamalan. Although, the movie was not what I thought it was going to be at all, I fully enjoyed it. Based on the movie trailers, I had thought it was going to be a movie about a group of people looking for a lady who lives in the water, which is far from the truth. The only other Shymalon movie I\u2019ve seen is The Sixth Sense and personally I like this one better. The story was a pretty story full of intrigue and imagination. It was nice to see something very unique and original in the theatres for once. The movie wasn\u2019t well received by the critiques and has so far gained a mixed reaction from movie viewers but I believe its because lots of people where expecting another Sixth Sense and were disappointed when they didn\u2019t get one. The movie isn\u2019t only brilliant, but it has its funny moments as well. I totally agree with Shymalon that there are too many movies with a recipe to them especially scary movies and romantic comedies but I felt that the scene in the movie which depicts that was a little over done and had nothing at all to do with the story line. The only other thing I didn\u2019t like was Bryce Dallas Howard\u2019s name in the movie Story especially since it was redundant with her being a creature from a bedtime story. The music was beautiful and it was heart warming to see Cleveland Heep and other characters risking their lives to save Story since it shows that humanity isn\u2019t all dead.
