He\u2019s throwing spoons against a plow, plucking pitchfork prongs and growling. You\u2019re scared as hell. But soon, you begin to hear what sounds like poetry, and lo, perhaps music. You can\u2019t stop listening.<\/p>\n<p>\tWelcome to Tom Waits\u2019 \u201cOrphans: Brawlers, Bawlers and Bastards.\u201d In what he calls \u201cemptying his pockets,\u201d it\u2019s a cumulative 3-disc autobiography of one of the greatest musical visionaries of our time.
