Here are reviews of those new CDs and thoughts on why their popularity is timeless, as looking at your average teenage &#8220;misfit&#8221; punk-rocker with a Subhumans or Exploited t-shirt.  To wit:<\/p>\n<h3>Southern Records<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.southern.net\">southern.net<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Out of all the re-issues of the Subhumans\u2019 catalog re-packaged formats here and there, <em>EP-LP<\/em>, where there are four EPs consolidated onto one CD is my favorite of them all.
