Okay, I\u2019m feeling uncomfortable listening to Lisa Carver\u2019s THE BLEAK TWINS cd that I picked up for $10 by mail. It\u2019s like being transported against your will back to the analog and land line dominated late 1980\u2019s. I wonder how many times this stuff she did with her husband Costes was played on a Sony Walkman by drunken coked out elves. I don\u2019t really wonder that. One listener on Facebook said, “I got a rare copy of this, it was suggested I play it at top volume so I did, the police came to see what the rukus was about.” Lots of screaming and wailing and crazy person babble. Probably meant to be played in the nude. Now I am thinking that Boyd Rice the noize performer must have heard this and initially thought, \u201cI need to make this girl my boner-slave.\u201d 41 tracks of strange and discordant tracks that question the existence of reality as you know it.
